Gobind Sadan
In honour of Baba Siri Chand, elder son of Guru Nanak and spiritual teacher of Baba Virsa Singh, Gobind Sadan held a three-day celebration from 22 to 24 September, 2012. The atmosphere created was so lovely that people felt they were being showered by a rain of spiritual blessings. Excellent flower decorations, lighting decorations, langar, and programmes were enjoyed by a great number of devotees from near and far. Seven Akhand Paths, 5-hour havan at Maharaj ji’s samadhi, pictures of Baba Siri Chand by students and teachers of Baba Virsa Singh Ji Maharaj Public School, kirtan programmes featuring Baba Jarnail Singh of Bagthala, Gurdaspur sangat, and Shahidatadarbar sangat, “Dhan dhan Baba Siri Chand” chanting at the main havan, and free medical camp were among the special offerings.
