Gobind Sadan to be guided by an 11 member committee of devotees

“Gobind Sadan Mission to Continue Even After Me” – Baba Virsa Singh

New Delhi, 4 Jan. 2008 (Dr. Jagmel Singh Bhatua):
“My mission of recite Nam, work hard, share earnings with the needy, practice common brotherhood, ensure communal harmony, show respect to all religions, shall continue even after I leave this world.” These remarks have been categorically expressed by Babaji in his WILL. Disclosing further details of the WILL of Babaji, his secretary S. Harvinder Singh said that he has ordained his followers to continue to recite Name of God (simran), do selfless service, and render welfare of humanity, as well as keep the havan and langar going on. S. Harvinder Singh added that Babaji did not appoint anyone as his successor but instead he constituted a committee of loyal and dedicated followers to manage the affairs of the mission and promote it. The committee constituted in the WILL includes well known persons, namely S. Prakash Singh Badal, CM of Punjab, Sh Ahok Singhal, leader of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Sh Moti Lal Vora, Senior Congress leader,former CM of Madhya Pradesh, Retd IAS officer S. Rai Singh, prominent social worker S. Churchill Singh Chadha, Advocate S. Ranvir Singh Khanna, S. Hardeep Singh, S. Gurdev Singh, S. Karnail Singh Badauli, and S. Harinder Singh Dhillon.

S. Harvinder Singh further said that the committee so constituted by Babaji shall have absolute powers, but the committee is not empowered either to sell the property of the mission, mortgage or create any charge on it. He further added that the committee shall be responsible to bring up and educate Gagandeep Singh, who has been with Babaji for the last ten years, in the same manner as he used to.
